🖊️ Deeds Not Words – Play in a Day ⚖️

Big Bang question: Would you risk it for something you believe in?

Parents and carers of our Hogwarts class, alongside the wider school community, were treated to a fantastic drama performance of Deeds Not Words!

As part of our Play in a Day experience, pupils had just one day to learn their lines and bring to life the inspiring story of the women’s suffrage movement and the fight for women’s right to vote in England.

Through drama, the children explored the courage, determination and sacrifices of those who stood up for what they believed in.

This exciting experience has launched our thinking for next term’s topic, encouraging pupils to question, debate and reflect on how individuals can make a difference in history.
