Community Champion

Meet Ros, our Community Champion at Caythorpe Primary School.

Ros is part of the CIT Community Champions network, with representatives in every school across the Trust. Together, they play a vital role in keeping their school communities informed about local initiatives, as well as wider Trust-wide community projects and opportunities. Acting as ambassadors for community engagement, our Champions help share ideas, encourage participation, and strengthen connections between schools.
They meet every term to exchange ideas and support new initiatives that benefit CIT schools and their local communities.
