Diabetes Awareness Assembly

🌟 At Caythorpe, we are proud to be an inclusive school where every child is supported to thrive. Many of our pupils live with medical needs, and our dedicated staff receive regular training to make sure those needs are met with care and confidence.

Last week, we were delighted to welcome Nurses Rose and Rebecca, who visited to talk to the children about living with diabetes. 💙

The session helped pupils understand what diabetes is, why people have it, and how it’s managed day-to-day. It was a fantastic opportunity to promote empathy, awareness, and inclusion — helping our school community better support one another. 👏✨
