Year 6 Leavers

As the school year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt goodbye to our wonderful Year 6 pupils. We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved during their time with us and wish them every success and happiness as they begin an exciting new chapter in their new schools this September.
A huge thank you to Mr. Grimwood and Miss Binney for organising a fantastic Year 6 Leavers’ event. This year, the children decided on a fun-filled water spraying competition followed by a delicious BBQ – a perfect way to celebrate their final days at primary school!
To the families who are also leaving us this year – the Linforth, Nisbet, Henderson, Dixon, Hughes, and Ullyott families – thank you for being such a valued part of our school community. We’ll miss you all and send our very best wishes for the future.
This year, our Year 6 children have left a thoughtful legacy in the form of a beautiful flowerpot, decorated with tiles they designed themselves. This special gift has been placed in our school garden for their Reception buddies to nurture and grow — a lasting reminder of friendship, care, and the spirit of giving.
Have a fantastic summer, and good luck to our leavers — we know you’ll go on to do amazing things!
